About Cassandra

Cassandra Robinson understands the importance of quality childcare, and she lives it. Cassandra has been immersed in the childcare industry for over 10 years, completing her Early Childhood Education certification, running an in-home preschool for 8-years, serving on the board and as President of the San Mateo County Family Child Care Association. Together, Cassandra and her husband, Clarke, manage the children’s ministry for their local church, and Cassandra owns & operates a small in-home after school program, is the PTA Parent Education Coordinator and works part-time as a Local Childcare Coordinator for Cultural Care Au Pair. In January 2011 & 2012, Cassandra Robinson was recognized as an MVP in Cultural Care Au Pair’s Northern California region, among 100+ peers. Overall, Cassandra takes initiative and always goes the extra mile. She is a problem solver, demonstrates excellent intuition, and finds solutions when faced with adversity. Cassandra is a team player and is admired by all who work with her.

January 2011: The Rising Service Star Award recognizes Cassandra Robinson as a superstar Local Childcare Coordinator who truly embraces the spirit of the Cultural Care Au Pair program. Cassandra’s host families show their appreciation for her outstanding service through excellent survey results and their high repeat rate. Cassandra’s attention to compliance is stellar, and she maintains an informative and engaging website, as well as, offering unique monthly au pair meetings and host family events. Mediations and transitions are always handled like a pro.

January 2012: Cassandra Robinson was the recipient of the Rising Sales Star Award. Recognized as a top performer in generating new sales & leads. Cassandra’s conversion rate is high, which means that when a host family signs onto the Cultural Care Au Pair program with Cassandra’s assistance, they are very likely to welcome an au pair into their home.

I just wanted to compliment you on a good idea! This is very unique! I am looking for childcare that is open on weekends……(and that participates with Cal-works) and you guys came up during my search!
